Question about sega dreamcast entries

Hello, I wanted to contribute a couple of entries for the sega dreamcast, but I've noticed that there are two sega dreamcast entries at https://datomatic.no-intro.org/index.php

* Sega - Dreamcast (Visual Memory Unit)
* Sega - Dreamcast (Development Kit Hard Drives)

both of them do not seem to list games

What is the correct system?
I do not want to propose games that are already there.
