Sources - are they "dumps" or "physical" media
Should sources be treated as "dumps" or as "physical media"? It seems like the usage isn't consistent atm.

defenitive "physical media" because "dumps" are what you get from a game modul. In case of updates, dlc it could be "dumps"

Well by "dump" I mean like, the event of dumping something. I know this is getting a bit into semantics, but you could have multiple dumps of the same cartridge, with different results based on dumping tool.

source = dump (the result of the act of dumping). it's not called "dump" because a "release" is a dump too and we needed two different words for different "containers".
if you dump the same cart 4 times you can submit 4 sources, if you dump 1 time 4 different carts of the same archive, you will submit 4 sources again.
if you do 2 dumps of the same cart, one bad and one redumped as good, you submit 2 sources with the correct flags.
the container has enough fields to understand what's happening.
