Is it possible to contribute Mac App Store games?

By any chance, is there any way to dump, dat, and submit Mac App Store games? I'm not very familiar with the store, but I do have access to a Mac, and there are a few games (mainly Apple Arcade) ones that I would like to contribute, if possible. However, I'm not very familiar with this storefront, and don't know how to contribute, assuming it's even possible.
