Hey folks. The naming convention doc says only a single name will be used even if different regions have different names, but this isn't the case in the DAT. For example:
Bare Knuckle - Ikari no Tekken ~ Streets of Rage (World).md
Why is this?
Multiple region names in filename

Re: Multiple region names in filename
Is it due to multiple region variations being coded into a single ROM?

That seems to be the case on these, they're the same ROM file (hash data). But the doc doesn't make that distinction.

The name is exactly that, because it happened historically from 2004...2007.
Similar names are available only in some old databases of 8-16 bit consoles (mainly for Sega consoles, since they often have the same ROMs for different regions, as for Nintendo - there are very few such cases). If this fact does not prevent you from living in peace, then we will leave everything as it is ))

I thought that might be the case.
