I randomly decided to have a look through the Official No-Intro Convention PDF and noticed a "TO DO" for the Korean section. South Korea has an offfical romanization system for Hangeul (the name of the Korean alphabet). Using the Japanese section as a template, the Korean section can read as:
Korean letters are transcribed to roman characters according to the official Revised Romanization of Korean sysem.

If needed, I can help out with checking and creating transiliterations of previously dumped/datted Korean games.
Edit: For the native name of the language at the end of the document, it is 한국어 (Hangugeo).
