GBA Multiboot Star Wars Rebel Strike?

I don't know if this is common knowledge or not, but if you play Star Wars Rouge Squadron III - Rebel Strike (Gamecube) in multiplayer-mode, you can plug in your GBA into slot 3 or 4 and command your partners with it instead of using the D-Pad (probably to keep your enemy from noticing what you picked).

However, I've seen no mention of such a multiboot exising in the current GBA-Multiboot dat. Why not?

EDIT: Just noticed, I think the multiboot used for loading Navi Trackers in the Japanese Version of Zelda Four Swords+ is different from the one used to play the main game (as the GBA resets and loads new stuff when you enter Navi Trackers). What about that?
