Game updates on the Wii U CDN

I have noticed comparing my files with the data of Wii U (Digital) (CDN), that many game updates are missing in the .dat, for example in BOTW there are only V16, V33, V208. But in the USB Helper I have been able to download more versions of updates. What is this about? Is there a specific reason? or just not dated?

Okay. If I don't need a console, and I can date them from the cdn files that I have downloaded with the USB Helper, I would be happy to do so. Where can I see the process?
