[MD/GEN] Redump Project

Hi!

I'm working on a different genny related redump project. I think it may help to complete and verify the No-Intro DAT 'cos it uses big endian byte-ordering instead of little endian used in the MESS softlist. However I do seperate dumps if a cartridge uses multiple ROMs. So this project fills a hole between No-Intro and MESS. I see no reason why the dumps should be stored in little endian!? But I have no time to care for two projects.
