about the Chinese romanization

Post by rpg2813 »

my english is very poor,I hope I can express clearly what I mean
-----
i come from china, and i find somebody need help (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1524)
i Search the Relevant information,then i think:
The Chinese romanization,we Should following Hanyu Pinyin(????) for chiese government law
-----
ISO 7098(1982-08-01)?you can find the file "ISO7098?1991(E)"
in the file:
//This International Standard explains the principles of romanization of Modern Chinese or p?t?nghuà(rpg2813:our Official language), the official language of the People's Republic of China as defined in the Directives for the promotion of p?t?nghuà, promulgated in 1956-02-06 by the State Council. //

so we know the Chinese romanization must According the hanyu pinyin

???????????????????Law of the People's Republic of China on the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language?,implement since 2001/1/1
//Chapter II, Article XVIII:
The national common language to "Chinese Phonetic Alphabet" as a tool for spelling and phonetic notation.
"Chinese Phonetic Alphabet" is the Chinese names, place names, and Chinese literature the unity of the Roman alphabet spelling norms and can not be used for any inconvenience or character field.//

so I suggest using the hanyu pinyin to making Chinese romanization
but the hanyu pinyin have pronunciation letter
for example:
?=y?
?=yá
?=y?
?=yà
do you can use the letter like ??(it is The correct, official, international)
if the result is can't then:
In China, we be use to put the pronunciation letter of hanyu pinyin into English letter, thus Chinese romanization
for example:
?=y?=ya
?=yá=ya
?=y?=ya
?=yà=ya
you see the named same.-_-b
the named rule can see (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=29)
-----
by the way,
??????????? ???????????
(The People's Republic of China National Standard---basic rules for Hanyu Pinyin Orthography)
Bureau of Technical Supervision 1996-01-22 approved, the implementation of Release 1996-07-01

this law Provides hanyu Pinyin format requirements, so if you need, we(the Member which come from china) can be corrected for you

at last, thank you to working for chinese game

Thanks rpg2813 ;)

Yes, I think that we are using Hanyu Pinyin for Mandarin (without numbers/tone marks) for romanization of chinese hanzi on titles. Just to summarize current No-Intro romanization standards:

- Japanese kanas and kanji: Hepburn
- Korean hangul and hanja: Revised Romanization of Korean (RRK)
- Chinese hanzi: Hanyu Pinyin for Mandarin (without numbers/tone marks)
