Well I found a error on genesis dat, so I tried to search first on forums and found the following:

The [SegaNet] ROMs should be renamed [MegaNet]. SegaNet and MegaNet are different services from a different era and for different consoles.

I'm pretty sure '[BIOS] MegaNet (Europe).zip' is Brazilian. I don't think the MegaNet service was ever brought online in Europe. It was likely canceled about the same time as the US version (TeleGenesis) if it was ever planed at all.

Not sure if the correct spelling is Meganet or MegaNet.

No MegaNet was the european service, I have the cable modem.
SegaNet was the japanese service.

Ok, let's clear things out:

1st - This cartridge is brazilian, or at least the dump on that dat, if you open the rom you get on inicial screen (c) 1995 TEC TOY, and also on the menu, there's Tec Toy news. Tec Toy was the representative of Sega on Brazil.

I also used Mega Net to use the internet for like 3-4 years, so for sure I would recognize that annoying music.

2nd - I guess this would be a program not a bios tbh.

3rd - The correct spelling is Mega Net.

4th - There's also Mega Net 2, which is way too hard to find those days, that was the one capable of online playing, this Mega Net on dat only worked for BBS purposes and e-mail.

This is the picture of Mega Net 1, Mega Net 2 was huge with a cartridge slot on the top, like on Sonic & Knuckles (yeah, I tried the "montain" with 32 + Sonic & Knucles + Game Genie + Mega Net 2 + another cartridge xD )

Well, if I ever find mega net 2 I will try to send for someone capable of dumping, that one had amazing music. There was also another service for mega drive on Brazil, called "TeleBradesco". It was a cart with a modem able to connect to a bank so you could get information about your accounts. (The cart was distributed for Free on the bank back on that time).

Well, if you have any doubts about, it will be my pleasure to post here. :)

Edit: just to show you guys, this is a picture of the beta keyboard released to mega drive, I'm not sure if it was developed by Tec Toy, but still, it's funny to see some black keys, and leds for scroll lock/num lock since those keys don't exists. =)

My research is a bit fumbly on Sega networking stuff, but I'll try to clarify what I heard and know.

As far as I looked up, the Japanese had the "Meganet" service, which was what the US "Telegenesis" would have been, but from my understanding this is not really related too heavily to the Brazillian Meganet.
Notably, various games from the Japan-only Meganet service eventually leaked, so from what I understand it was a download service sort of like Sega Channel. I recall hearing that a select few games had Netplay support.

Most of what I understand of it is just the Wikipedia article and another Sega article I recall reading.

I can not find nearly as much on the Brazilian Meganet or Meganet 2 and Telebradesco. Thank you for whatever info you've provided and may provide in the future, as I have a nerdy interest in the history of videogame networking. :)

"SegaNet" was on the Saturn and Dreamcast, not the Genesis. Also, the service was different on each console...

Well, afaik both brazilian Mega Nets were developed by TecToy, through I can't confirm that.

About the "Telebradesco Residencia", I found a rom somewhere and 2 scans of the cartridge, I don't know if this is relevante to no-intro but still:
