Unlicensed chinese NES/Famicom games?

I've often noticed that the NES No-Intro Db is missing a couple of unlicensed games that are usually found on the GoodNES set, the unlicensed chinese games people usually find in those weird markets and such (like some Contra pirates, a Resident Evil demake, fake Pokemon games, and even Super Mario World).

Are they not included in the database because they were never officially commercialized games, or simply because it's hard to obtain proper dumps?

The reason as to why I ask this is because I recently obtained a ton of chinese cart dumps that aren't found elsewhere (not even found on GoodNES for the matter) and that I believe that would be beneficial to the project, should they be accepted in it that is.

not sure about nointro (which has very strict rules for pirate original games... something like they must contain original code and not infringe copyright), but if you post them somewhere I'd love to add them to MESS lists and to give proper credit.
