Some of you may heard of the ModRetro Chromatic, a new FPGA Game Boy Color clone that's just hitting the market as we speak.
It's from Palmer Luckey who is a controversial person to say the least but we don't wanna get political here.
However along his Game Boy Color clone (simply called the "Chromatic") he's bundling a GB-/GBC-compatible new and surprisingly officially licensed Tetris version:

While nobody dumped it legitimately for No-Intro, at least someone has dumped it.
While we wait for a properly done dump, I'd love to put it an my Analogue Pocket, already named how it would be named later on so that's the thing:
How would we name it?
Chromatic Tetris (World) (Aftermarket)?
Tetris (World) (Aftermarket)?
We have to distinguish it from the original Tetris which is just called "Tetris" as well.
Then again, the original one was for GB while this (despite being DMG backwards compatible) is for the GBC so that shouldn't be an issue. The old official Tetris for the GBC was called "Tetris DX".
So, again: How would you name it?
ModRetro Chromatic Tetris (GBC) naming?

Re: ModRetro Chromatic Tetris (GBC) naming?
I have datted it here https://datomatic.no-intro.org/index.ph ... =47&n=2580 as "Tetris (World) (ModRetro Chromatic) (Aftermarket) (Unl)." While Tetris DX was licensed by Nintendo at the time, this enhanced version developed exclusively for ModRetro wasn't originally licensed by Nintendo for release on the GBC.
Given that and the fact that it released after the GBC died out, it gets the (Aftermarket) (Unl) tags as a result. It is set to Private because it's paid-only homebrew. Then, it gets the new (ModRetro Chromatic) tag to distinguish it as one of their branded exclusives (which are still playable on Game Boy Color hardware btw).
Although (Aftermarket) (Unl) titles aren't typically verbose with an extra tag, I thought in this case it warrants one given how much effort was put into the endeavor.
Let me know if you come across any more of these Chromatic carts and I'll add them, thanks!

Re: ModRetro Chromatic Tetris (GBC) naming?
I dumped my own Chromatic cartridges - Tetris & Dragonyhm with a GBxCart. If any of the info is needed for either of these I would be happy to supply it but I do not know how to properly do that (or if it's even needed still).
I exported the full dump report data from the app I used so I have all the technical details about each cart and took a photo of the cart PCBs as well.
