Wii U CDN corrections

Was going through the CDN and noticed some stuff off after getting some stuff from the CDN.

Animal Crossing Plaza is labeled as (Japan) but it was actually from the US CDN and has a US release.
Star Fox 64 was labeled as Europe as well.
Same with some of the splatoon demos and previews.

The Star Fox 64 and Splatoon stuff likely most won't care but the Animal Crossing Plaza might be one that people would actually try.

Edit: Animal Crossing Plaza actually has its region as "Many" so I think a (World) tag might be the appropriate one for it.

On a related topic, what does the "Add Extension" option do? Either it is doing something I don't realize or its broken on the site because I can scan a file with or without it and get no differences between it.

I figured it would add the .app extension to the type-less files but it doesn't seem to change anything in the dat.
