Pokemon Platinum Revisions
Heyo! Was looking into Pokemon Platinum revisions, and saw two USA revisions in the dat-o-matic, versions 3541 and 4997 (4997 being Rev 1). Looking online however, I saw a lot of things classing Platinum dumps 4998, rather than 4997. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into this discrepancy? Did somewhere online just say 4998 once, and it snowballed from there? As far as I know there are only the two versions, Rev 0 and Rev 1, but wanted to ask and see if anybody knew the deal. Cheers!

Re: Pokemon Platinum Revisions
4998 corresponds to ADVANsCEne's catalog: https://www.advanscene.com/html/Releases/dbrelds.php
A long time ago, ADVANsCEne collections were extremely popular for GBA / DS games, thus you'll see their romsets still propagate around the Internet.
4997 is No-Intro's scene numbering. It's the same scene releases but catalogued slightly differently, which explains the number discrepancy. No-Intro also accepts user-submitted dumps beyond the scene.
