Suggestion: Put a "Program" tag on stuff like Game Genie or Gameshark

Noticed that when it comes to the Game Genies, Game Sharks, Action Replay, Mega Memory Card, and even sewing machine software, they will have a "Unl" tag on them, but I would think they would also include a "Program" tag on them as well.

Even have "Peugeot - Orbital Diagnostic System" on the Game Boy Color that is lacking it for some reason.
