For those who would need dumping tool, I was in contact with this eBay seller, and he can built the full size "Sani Cart Reader".
- just note that the one he's currently selling is the pocket version and that it cannot read SA-1 carts -
This reader can read even the infamous SNES SA-1, Nintendo Power, ...
Game preservation is something that speaks to this guy and he would build some and make a very good price (way lower than the listed prices) for no-intro.
