Can anyone verify the origin of this dump?
Because according to SegaRetro there was never a USA release for the game so I wonder if this is actually the Asian version?

Maybe a prototype done as a scene release? I don't know about Genesis stuff, but there are a few completed SNES games that are like that.

I doubt it's a proto as there is no mention at all about one and even if so it would need to be renamed. I'd lean more towards the Asian release and someone tagging it as USA by mistake.
