did the no intro database have all the SMS Power! Releases? because i see this page has many protos dumps and rare games

We are certainly aware SMS Power as the dominant source of Sega 8-bit Roms. Almost all of their releases are added to the dat. That includes all Game Gear roms AFAIK. Some Korean/Taiwanese SMS/SG are not added to the dat yet, it's often difficult to determine the licence situation, are the games licenced in any way, are they unlicenced but changed sufficiently from the original games to be counted as a legitimate unlicenced game, or are they merely pirate hacks. The last category is not part of the No-Intro philosophy, and should not be added to the dat.

Apart from some Korean/Taiwanese ROMs I'm aware of the three E-SWAT SMS protos, and was planning to add them to the dat soon.
