GP32 Renaming

When I try to scan my GP32 sets, clrmamepro reports 297 wrong named roms, but seems to be unable to fix them. When I look at the scan results window, I see odd characters. Do I need to install some other character set? Any recommendations?

Assuming clrmamepro:

"Settings" > "Compressor..." > un-check "OEM/ANSI Conversion" on the first tab "General".

You may have to rebuild from a backup as the zip sets usually become corrupt because Winzip doesn't support Unicode? characters in filenames.
