Mortal Kombat (Europe) (Rev 1) in the dat matches rev 1 in the sheet. Use checksum-16 (not CRC-16) on the two halves for instance in HxD.

But that's ignoring the 32kb ROM on the PCB. That 32kb EXT ROM is on the PCB and it accounts for the 1st 32kb of what your system would receive from the edge connector of the cartridge.
