While importing the sets on DoM I've found the following regions pre-convention.
VTech - CreatiVision (from Lukeage)
We have (AE) tags. Please confirm this is: (Asia, Europe)
The other option is (Australia, Europe), but according to Convention this is a redundant combination not to be used, as both are PAL regions. I mean (Europe, Australia) releases are default.
Sega - SG-1000 (from BigFred)
I have found (JA) and (JAE) tags. See: Bomb Jack (JA), Borderline (JAE)
For (JAE) we should use (Japan, Europe). Whether "A" stands for Asia or Australia both possible 3 region combos would be redundant. (Japan, Asia) releases are default.
For (JA) should be (Japan, Australia) if "A" stands for Australia. Otherwise just use (Japan).

The only [TAG] at the start of the title should be: [BIOS]
Microsoft - MSX & Microsoft - MSX 2 (from Gigadeath)
[Program]
What exactly this refers to? Is it really needed?
NEC - PC Engine - TurboGrafx 16 (from BigFred)
[CD]
Assuming this is telling about a dump from alternative physical media readable by the system, then move to
"Special" field as (CD) like (NP) and (SF) for SNES.
Sega - SG-1000 (from BigFred)
[Othello Multivision]
OM was a clone system of SG-1000. I suggest using OM (no brackets) leading the title, like BS is used on SNES.
Kazumi suggested more changes to the actually registered regions on DoM:
(China, Korea) -> Remove and mass rename to (Asia)
(Japan, Asia) -> Remove and mass rename to (Japan)
(Japan, Asia, Europe) -> Remove and mass rename to (Japan, Europe)
(Japan, USA, Europe) -> Remove and mass rename to (World)
