How do I dump a Famicom Disk System BIOS?

I'm just guessing, but can you dump the RAM adapter and remove the RAM portion from the dump to get an 8KB BIOS?

I'd imagine the same as any other NES/Famicom game. The last 8KB is the part that matters, as that is the BIOS.

Probably anything that can dump Famicom cartridge games.

I meant the BIOS. What tool can I dump the BIOS with?

KingMike is correct. You use whatever is used to dump Famicom cartridges to dump the FDS' RAM adapter and keep the last 8 KB.
