Funny thing is that I can't find any info on a Game Boy release, but the game is different (color-wise) from the GB Color version.

Can you take a picture of the physical media, and the cartridge PCB as well?

Appears to be a hack of the GBC-ROM.

Unfortunately I don't have this game and I can't find any info on a real cart.

I think you're right. I did a hex compare, see attachment. The only differences are in the highlighted area.
