They make lots of (licensed) Chinese Nintendo games. The games do have version differences from their more common Japan/USA/Europe counter parts.

As far as I know, none of the games have been dumped.

Yes, I know of this device and I also have a list of games in my undumped-xls. Actually you could (maybe still can) download a huge software-pack for this devide from their homepage that apparently included all those games. Unfortunately it is encrypted. There is also a scene release by Crazy Nation that is called Ique-ROM with 5 games. Probably they dumped everything stored on their Ique-device including the menu etc. I can link everything here if anyone wants it.
